Join us for a special evening at Mint as we host a five-course Farm-to-Table Wine Pairing Dinner in collaboration with Skurnik Wines.
Chef Thom has created a seasonal tasting menu that highlights beautiful early spring ingredients—from vibrant root vegetables to a perfectly prepared filet medallion—each course thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the flavors of the dish.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a guided tasting experience featuring wines from South Africa, Austria, the Finger Lakes, Spain, and California, with each pairing chosen to enhance the character of the menu.
This intimate dinner is designed to be both relaxed and memorable—a chance to slow down, explore new wines, and enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal around the table.
