Since 2015, we’ve been at the forefront of the farm-to-table movement, building a reputation for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. What started as a humble bistro has blossomed into a full-service restaurant and craft cocktail bar, and today, we’re excited to expand once again, bringing our vision to life with a second location in Albany.

Our journey has always been about more than just food—it’s about community.

At Mint, we believe in the power of connection: connecting our vibrant cities with sustainable, family-owned farms; connecting guests with artisans and local businesses; and, most importantly, connecting all of us to a healthier, more delicious, and sustainable food system.

From our original Glens Falls location to our new Slingerlands home, we are deeply committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, and artisans. Our menu is built around fresh, seasonal produce, pastured meats, and wild-caught seafood. We take great pride in offering a diverse selection of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, ensuring there’s something for everyone without compromising on quality or flavor.

With our specialty cocktails, we blend the art of mixology with local, seasonal ingredients. Each drink is handcrafted using homemade syrups, infused liquors, and carefully balanced pours. We’re proud to support local distilleries, bringing unique spirits to our guests. Our wine list features boutique, family-owned vineyards, with a focus on sustainable and biodynamic practices, ensuring each pour is as conscientious as it is delicious.

As we expand into Slingerlands, our mission is to deepen our connection with the community and grow our impact. By working with local farmers and businesses, we’re not just creating a place to eat—we’re fostering a community where everyone, from our guests to our partners, can come together to make a difference.
