Since 2015, Mint has been rooted in the farm-to-table movement- serving fresh, seasonal food sourced from local farmers, ranchers, and artisans. What started as a humble bistro has grown into a full-service restaurant and craft cocktail bar, now welcoming guests in both Glens Falls and Slingerlands.
