What began as a dream is now taking root.

For years, we imagined extending the heart of Mint beyond the restaurant and back to the land itself. A place where food could be experienced closer to its source. Where people could gather beneath the open sky, slow down for a while, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.

Today, that dream has a home.

Surrounded by meadows and forest in Upstate New York, the Mint Farm is the beginning of something we're excited to grow slowly and intentionally.

The Vision

We imagine long tables stretching through the meadow. Twinkle lights overhead. Seasonal dinners inspired by what's growing around us. Evenings that feel like more than dinner: part gathering, part retreat, part return to something simple and deeply human.

Over time, our vision is to grow the farm into a place for farm-to-table dinners, intimate gatherings, retreats, and experiences rooted in food, nature, community, and connection.

Eventually, we see the land becoming a spiritual retreat center: a place to step outside the noise of everyday life, gather with intention, share beautiful food, and spend meaningful time immersed in nature.

We're at the beginning of that story, and there's something special about getting to share it as it unfolds.

The Woodland Cabin
