What began as a dream is now taking root.

For years, we imagined extending the heart of Mint beyond the restaurant and back to the land itself. A place where food could be experienced closer to its source. Where people could gather beneath the open sky, slow down for a while, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.

Today, that dream has a home.

Surrounded by meadows and forest in Upstate New York, the Mint Farm is becoming a place for beautiful food, intimate gatherings, weddings, overnight stays, and experiences rooted in the land.

We're at the beginning, and we're excited to grow it slowly and intentionally.

The Vision

We imagine long tables stretching through the meadow. Twinkle lights overhead. Seasonal dinners inspired by what's growing around us. Intimate weddings surrounded by meadow and forest. Gatherings that linger into the evening beneath an open sky.

Over time, our vision is to grow the farm into a place for farm-to-table dinners, intimate weddings, private gatherings, retreats, and experiences rooted in food, nature, community, and connection.

Eventually, we see the land becoming a retreat destination as well: a place to step outside the noise of everyday life, gather with intention, share beautiful food, and spend meaningful time immersed in nature.

We're at the beginning of that story, and there's something special about getting to share it as it unfolds.
