COCKTAIL CLASSES

Last Monday of Every Month ✦ Seasonal Craft Cocktails

Once a month, we host an intimate, hands-on cocktail and mocktail class designed for connection & creativity. We focus on seasonal ingredients, bar-level techniques, and flavors you won’t typically make at home.

Come solo or gather a small group for a festive night out- space is intentionally limited for one on one teaching, and these classes tend to fill quickly.

5-7 PM $75 per person

Farm to Table, Scratch Kitchen

Since 2015, Mint has been rooted in the farm-to-table movement- serving fresh, seasonal food sourced from local farmers, ranchers, and artisans. What started as a humble bistro has grown into a full-service restaurant and craft cocktail bar, now welcoming guests in both Glens Falls and Slingerlands.

between land and table, guest and maker, city and community.
